Day 1: Drive to Dhunche.

The first day of your journey starts from Kathmandu. As per your arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu and one of our representatives will receive you and then we will drive to Dhunche. You will reach Dhunche after 6 or 7 hours drive. Dhunche is the headquarters of Rasuwa district and the place where this 5 days trek begins. There are various checkpoints along the way where you will have to show your trekking permits. The vast open farms lands in the village roll along the winds and provide a beautiful sight. . You can also see the terraces carved by men for cultivation. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 2: Trek to Chandanbari

From Dhunche, we begin our trek to Chandanbari. It takes nearly 4 hours. On the way, you can find restaurants or cafes to rest and have something if you get hungry or want to get fresh. We take a short rest at Deurali which is a beautiful place to look at. And then we move ahead to Chandanbari. There is a famous monastery in the region known as Singompa. The monastery is a way to realize the wonderful culture and traditions of Rasuwa. We spend our valuable time to explore this region and spend the night at some of the wonderful lodges or teahouses in Chandanbari. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 3: Trek to Gosaikunda.

The trek today is a bit adventurous as we have to climb plenty of uphills. We move through villages like Cholangiopathy and Lauribine to Gosaikunda which are rich in their own religion, tradition and culture After trekking for 5-7 hours, we reach Gosaikunda Lake and its surrounding lakes. As per the Hindu mythology, Gosaikunda was formed when Lord Shiva endeavoured the poison to protect the universe from it. The 108 lakes of this region lie along the foothills of the mountains around this place. From the various wonderful places along the way, you will be able to catch the wonderful views of sunrise and sunset. Other famous lakes in the surroundings are Nagkunda, Bhairav Kunda, Suryakunda. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 4: Trek back to Dhunche.

After spending a night in Gosaikunda, we descend to Chandrabari. Along the trekking route, we enjoy delightful views of the Pine and Rhododendron forest. We get the beautiful view while having lunch too. After lunch, we get back down to Dhunche, where we spend overnight. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 5: Return to Kathmandu.

From Dhunche, today we return back to crowded city Kathmandu leaving all the beautiful places and people in our mind and memory. While returning back, we last enjoy the scenic beauty - the green farmland and vegetation. Overnight at hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

This day is the end of the beautiful GosaikundaTrek. This short trek is relatively full of fun and has beautiful scenes towatch at. Our representative will take you to the airport 3 hours prior to your flight. We bid farewell as you take heaps of memories and happiness back home. Your Trek in Nepal ends here. Breakfast included.

The total area covered by these delightful lakes is 1,030 ha (4.0 sq mi). UNESCO designated Gosaikunda as a Ramsar Site on the 29 September of 2007.
