There are various prominent places like the Bindabasini temple, the Davis fall, the Gupteshwor cave, the Seti River Gorge located in Pokhara. The religious Bindabasini temple is located in the centre of old bazaar in the city and is related to the Goddess Bhagwati. One of the most famous waterfalls in the country named as Davis fall also called as “the Patale Chhango” is located in the southern part of the Pokhara valley. The water falls through many gorges in the rocks below leaping along many rocky portals that keeps your mouth open wide. The Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 kilometers away from the Pokhara airport. The entrance to the cave is right across the Davis fall and is almost 3 km long. With some big hall-sized rooms and some passages could be explored. It is adventurous because you have to crawl on your four in some places. This cave holds special value to the Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the same condition as when it was discovered. The next is the Seti Gorge. Carved by the Seti-Gandaki River, it is one of the most amazing natural wonders of Pokhara. And finally, boating in the Phewa Lake takes anyone's tiredness away and visiting the temple of Taal Barahi which is in the lake will give anyone immense joy of natural beauty. The reflection of Mount Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna can also be seen in the lake. The thick pine forest on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake is also quite haunting. After breakfast, we’ll drive to Nayapul (42 km from Pokhara) and pass through the town of Lumle. Then, we will go for a short stroll to Birethanti. The trail pursues Birethanti through completely flawless bamboo woodlands and past huge cascades glinting with the ethereal light of the sun.
